Heroes and Heroines was originally a joint project that WAU worked on with the ARS, we featured many women and men via a joint publication both orgs worked on.

After our presence on the web grew we decided to also make H&H an online publication that we published every month. Every month we featured anything from one to then different men and women. So far we have featured over 100 people via the online pages of H&H.

After many years of doing this project and having faced various problems like hacked ezine accounts etc. so we decided to stop doing this particular project as an Ezine, we are now featuring what I guess could be considered the best of Heroes and Heroines, without the hassle of emailing our kin and updating email addresses.

We will add new men and women to the pages of H&H every few months, not all of the men and women featured in Heroes and Heroines will be based kin, we will feature men and women alike who have advanced out beautiful Folk via their many talents and attributes, not all of our people were faced with fighting for their folk and homelands like we are now, so life for them was not about survival, so they had much more time to focus their energies on wonderful things like writing, art, survival, inventions and the like.
